I think his mama licked him funny.

Rest up and feel better soon! If you need another smile, come by and see my visitor for the month. :)

Love the calf pic. Hope you get better soon. Throw some hot peppers in the mix. Might perk things for you nicely.

That is a cute photo though. Hope you feel better soon!

Miz Florence - thanks! I'll be right there.

Crazylady - thanks, I hope so too. This sucks.

Mary Anne in Kentucky - oh, I hope you don't get this. Quick, take some Vitamin C

Messymimi- aww, thanks - that was sweet.

kcinnova - that cracked me up. Poor calf - he must feel just like that kid in grade school who had a mother that dressed him funny and gave him a cowlick... oh, wait....

:)

dfLeah - thanks. I will try some. Of course, with my luck, I'll burn my mouth on them, and then I'll have another ouchy spot to add to the growing list.

Charlotte - thanks. I am pretty sure that the cause of this was the late night on the weekend and the lack of sleep. Made me more susceptible to the germs. I've been trying to get more sleep ever since.

JavaChick - thanks! That poor calf - I laughed out loud when I saw him - hope I didn't damage his psyche!

Geo - thanks! And yeah, I felt sorry for the little guy. He's probably pretty worried about what his mom's gonna send him to school in....

BG - thanks. I hope it doesn't last too long!

Drink plenty of liquids and get lots of rest. Hope you feel better soon. *cute picture*

Thanks, Aleta! (I don't suppose the liquids should include beer, though, should they?) :)

The calf goes to my hairstylist!
Hope you get well soon. (start by putting out the ciggie!)
love ya!

POD - That's one thing about the chest congestion and sore throat - don't feel much like smoking!!
And that calf just looked so darned cute - maybe I should go to that hairdresser, too!

Poor, poor Baggie. I hope you're feeling better very soon. If you "can't tink" you might have a nasty bladder infection. ;)

Cutie calf. :)

Seriously.. feel better soon!

Sending you a ton of pity! Nothing worse than a summer cold. Unless it's having your mom do your hair "special" for picture day.

Maybe he'll start a trend and all the calves will be bawling to have their hair licked up like that.

I'll bring the kool-aid for those wanting colour in their moo...I mean 'do.

the Bag Lady said...

Hilary - thanks.... I think. :)

Melissa - you're laughing with me, right?

Sparrow - could be the start of a new trend - mohawks for calves. *snort*

Here's a poem to cheer you up:

It doesn't breathe
It doesn't sbell
It doesn't feel so very well
I'b discouraged with by nose
All it ever does is blows

(I tried to write it like I have a stuffy nose?...get it?)

Get well soon!
