The Bag Lady has been experiencing some mild technical difficulties and apologizes for this hastily thrown-together post. She may have something more for you later today, but for now, here are a couple new photos of flowers blooming in her garden!
Here's a peony:
And a tiger lily:
Have a good day!
Beautiful tigerlily! I am trying not to experience flower envy.. :-)
Pretty post. Flowers brighten the day.
Ooooh.. that tiger lily is stunning. Lovely shot, Baggie.
Thanks, Hilary! Coming from you, that's high praise indeed! :)
Gorgeous flowers! I love it when everything is in full bloom.
Sagan - so do I, so do I! I just wish everything lasted longer. Summer is so damned short, but perhaps that is what makes us appreciate the flowers more, eh?
Oh - I miss tiger lilies. My Mum has them all around the house.
It's daisy time at our place...they're blooming all over the place. Well and the weeds too. I try not to look directly at them and hope they'll take the hint and go elsewehre...isn't working I"m afraid. Think I might have to tackle them on the weekend.
Geosomin - is that kinda like "if I don't see you, you don't exist"? 'Cause that's what I do, too, but it doesn't work for me, either..... sigh.
Beautiful photos Sis. The Tiger Lily is a great shot, Peonies always make me smile.
Thanks, sis! I love the tiger lilies, too, but the peonies smell fabulous! I just stepped out onto my deck and wow, love it!!
Sheesh - just read back through the comments and realized my answer to missicat and leah didn't publish. (Must have been half asleep still!)
Missicat - thanks for the compliment! Sorry about the flower envy, but at least I'm sharing them with y'all!
dfLeah - thanks. I love flowers. And am really, really mad at my computer for screwing around earlier. I'll try to post the rest of the pictures later on today!
Wow those are really beautiful. Its been a crazy summer. Usually I have tons of flowers planted. Just haven't gotten around to planting any yet. You're doing really great with that camera!
Thanks, Maggie! It's been going by so fast around here, I can't believe it's almost the end of June!
Gorgeous flowers, Bag lady! Am very impressed with your gardening abilities. My house is where plants come to die, I'm afraid.
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog, btw!
Charlotte - thanks! Actually, I am a terrible gardener - keep forgetting to water things that grow in pots! My houseplants suffer terribly. Only the fittest survive around here! :)
How do you do it? Very nice!
Time goes so fast, doesn't it? Thanks for helping us stop and (virtually) smell the flowers. Beautiful!
Mark - I just planted them - they do the rest all on their own!
Crabby - glad to share. Hope you come back to check out the rest of my post!
Absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing. :)
Susan - glad you like them!
