Suppertime!

This.........


.... is what the Bag Lady came home to the other day after work. The Rancher's first attempt at pastry. And it was pretty darned tasty!

Look out BG....you might be feeding cows and driving trucks next year..while my Little cuz takes over the kitchen!!!!!and cooking, ohh, and cleaning and vacuum.........well, maybe he will just stick to to the once in a while dinner surprise.......

Cuzzie - hehehehe - yeah, I'm pretty sure he'll stick to the occasional surprise dinner!

Carla - it was so nice to come home to, especially after a long day in town!

Hilary - he has his moments!

Yeah, I was thinking shepherd's pie too. Except I thought you were supposed to put mashed potatoes on top of it.

Messymimi - it does look good, doesn't it?

POD - Beef casserole. Beef, potatoes, corn, peas, asparagus with gravy.

kcinnova - sorta - but with a pastry top.

Melissa - that's how I make shepherd's pie, too, but this was similar, except for the pastry.

Geo - it was darned good!
