Your roasted veggies look wonderful! We had such weird weather this year that we didn't much beyond some zucchini, squash and a few tomatoes. I'm envious!
I still can't believe how those peppers grow for you. Amazing! There's nothing like fresh produce especially when you know you've grown it yourself. I say "Double Yum!"
I`m not sure if my balcony can support much weight...so I don`t spend much time out there. Bah dum bum. Can I grow them in a lightweight medium other than soil? Or a mixture of some sort. Seriously, we're (the condo owners)suing the builder of this fine project for nearly 2 million in deficits.
Sparrow - oh, dear... yes, you can grow them in a mixture of soil and lightweight potting mix. Hell, you can grow potatoes in paper, and they are related, so as long as your tomatoes get some nutrients, you should be able to grow them in lightweight stuff!
