Well done as always, Baggie. There was something particularly intriguing about that ear-tagging scene... Were there any calves there? ;)

dfLeah - thanks. It was fun looking back over the year.

Hilary - thanks. I cracked up totally when I was putting the video together because of the words in the song during the ear-tagging scene...

Rupal - thanks! Wish the warmth had stuck around a little longer - it's cold and snowy again. Typical March weather.

Laughing hysterically at myself. When you talk about giving the cows hay? I always picture the bales I buy to put on the porch at Halloween... LOL!

the Bag Lady said...

Marianne - but what do you do with them after Halloween?

So fun to see this, and proof that spring is coming again!

The song put a smile on my face today. :)

Thanks, kcinnova! Glad to know you're smiling!!

Aw! Dreaming of summer. Cows are so cute when they stick their noses out so far.

Bad weather on the internet today. No video, just a blank space.

Hee...cute cows. Are any of the calves from last year old enough to have their own calves this year?

I'm intrigued by the giant tractor you move the bales around with...that looks like fun.

But on the second reload, there it is! Good one.

Sagan - I'm dreaming of summer, too. Or, at the very least, of the day it finally quits snowing.....

Mary Anne in Kentucky - glad you got to see it second time around!

Geo - the calves from last year will probably be bred this summer so they can have calves next year.

Fantastic video, Bag Lady! The music really suited the entire event! I love the beginning where princess is kind of wandering on the outskirts. All the pictures of the cows and calves were priceless!

the Bag Lady said...

Thanks, Reb.

Redbush - thanks! I had lots of fun putting it together.

Oh wow - that was great!! Those spring calves are so cute they make MY uterus hurt and I'm not even bovine. Congrats on the blogiversary!!!

the Bag Lady said...

Annette - and I only put some of it in! Left out the gardening, and the fencing, and some of the other stuff. :)

Charlotte - thanks! They are pretty adorable, aren't they?

If I ever post videos it’s because you inspired me. I enjoyed that a ton. Thanks. Oh, and great music!

Great video! My favorite is still the "pac man" hay baler :-)
Are more calves on the way?

the Bag Lady said...

Thanks, Carla! I have fun doing them.

David - thank you - that's very kind. (Marty Robbins had an incredible voice!)

Missicat - Thanks. Yes, we should start calving season all over again around the end of March. Hope the weather smartens up before then!
