Thanks, Reb. No, not new, just don't use it often. (bought it at an auction one of the neighbours had after his wife died - no-one was bidding on the box of dishes, and the person beside me held up my hand and bid 5 bucks. So I ended up with a huge box of dishes, coffee cups, frying pan. Actually a pretty good deal - the cast iron frying pan alone was worth ten or more.) Is there some significance to how many dots are on the plate?

They look good. New plates? Did you count the dots?

Your cookies look better than mine did! Tasted good though. I'm sure it's nothing that a couple of weeks baking and eating cookies couldn't fix!
Dawn - practice makes perfect :) This was my second batch - the first didn't look nearly this good...
Glad they tasted good!
Damn fine looking batch of cookies, df Bag Lady. Damn fine.
dfLeah - thanks! At least they photographed well....
Darn.. I chose the wrong time to surf.. now I have the munchies. They look so yummy!
You're killin' me here! Those look soooo good. The cowboy is a lucky man.
Those cookies look delish! I'm so glad they're far away from me. I have a hard time resisting a good cookie! :-)
Thanks, gals! The Bag Lady kinda blew her eating plan today with 2 of these. Sigh. One 'cause it was sorta burnt and one for quality control...
