It is, isn't it? That's the very best part about living here (and having my computer right beside the east-facing window....) It is still really pretty - all sorta soft-focus now. Might have to brave the cold to take another picture!
Beautiful! I have actually seen a few snowflakes in my area the last couple days, which is not normal for my area. I would like one good, deep snow, so send any extra this way please!
Lovely, lovely, lovely! And it is nice that your sunrise happens about an hour and a half after mine. You are actually awake & alert enough to think to grab your camera and take photographs! (I have to take a quick peek out the window and then get kids ready for school.)

Beautiful..
Thanks, Sarah!
Pretty!
I really miss my east-facing bedroom window from when I lived in a house...
I don't blame you, Sagan! I never tire of looking at the sunrise.

wow! I think I could get up to that every morning...but I don't think I could get up as early as you : )
Thank you, dfBL. I love the sunrise. The winter ones have such texture and tone and they are far better in the country than the town.
Missicat - I'm sending, I'm sending - it's not getting there?
Emily - wait until you're older....the hot flashes will get you out of bed early! :)
dfLeah - you're welcome. I love the sunrises in the winter. That's about the only thing I really love about winter.....:)
Wow, I think I could almost handle the crazy-cold if I got to look at that every day! Stunning!
TA x
TA - it is almost worth it! And it isn't really all that cold - about 12F right now. And supposed to be warmer on the weekend. Above freezing!
Beautiful! Hope you feel better! Up and at it, Missy!
Thanks! I even did my jumping jacks, and some weights and stair-stepping today! :)
Lovely Sis!
Wow.. great shots. I'm not coherent enough for sunrise shots.
Wow...we just got the snowy part...the skies are beautiful!

df Bag lady,
wonderful pictures and I am glad that you are feeling well enough to be jumping around with the camera again.
Terrie
Thanks, Sis!
Hilary - the sun rises so late in the winter, I've usually already had a pot of coffee by the time it appears!
Geo - well, at least you've got part of it....even if it is just the snow part!
kcinnova - that's where I have the advantage - no kids to get ready for anything!
dfTerrie - Thanks - I am feeling quite a bit better! Finally.
That's gorgeous. I'll keep it in mind when I get up tomorrow and there's nothing but grey.
Mary Anne in Kentucky
Mary Anne - is it raining there?
"The sun'll come out tomorrow, bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow, come what may............"
Okay, I'll stop.
Wonderful photos! Thank you for sharing!

where someone else lives :)
Ah...this pessimist likes the sunset!
You take amazing photos. Mine usually feature my thumb.
Mark - Thanks.... anytime!
Miz - Does that mean you don't want to experience it first-hand? :)
Marianne - some things are so easy to photograph, even I can't screw up!
