    It is probably even cooler in that building, but when you have to be out there, in the shadow is a good place to be.

    I'm with Reb: shade is not enough at that temp, I'd opt for indoor sight-seeing within range of a good air conditioner!

    FRIGID or SWELTERING.

    I pick sweltering :)as at least we dont have to shovel the heat off our cars!
