Progress Report

The Bag Lady thought she should share some pictures of her "work-day" yesterday. Here is what her office looked like:

Here is a portion of what she got done yesterday:

Here is a small portion of what isn't done yet:

Here is more of what she has yet to finish:

Here is.....well, not exactly sure.....oh, wait, could that be the Bag Lady? A rare sighting, indeed!

The Bag Lady had a little trouble with her float coming apart on her, so she is hoping the Cow Whisperer will have a little time to help her fix it so she can get going again.

  2. dfLeah - the work part was having to try to re-hook the logs when they came undone on me - FOUR times!!

BG - it probably was more fun...well, except for the chain problems.

  3. Hello Bag Lady in the mirror! That looks like fun. I know it probably wasn't, but it LOOKS like fun. A beautiful crisp day for it too!

Sorry I didn't get to reply to your last mail, my Yahoo has been down since Friday :0( I am trucking through this weekend, may put my post back up on Monday if I feel a bit sounder of mind!

Hope you're getting some feet-up time amongst all the tractoring!

  4. Hi, TA - hope you get your 'puter problems fixed soon!
I really hope you do put that post back up....I loved it!

I just put the last batch of salsa in the canner - one more batch of hot pepper jelly, I think, will take care of the rest of the peppers. And then I'm done! (Unless someone gives me a pumpkin, then I'll be forced to make Hot & Spicy Pumpkin Chutney because I love it so much!!)

Maybe I'll get to put my feet up next month! :) Hope your weekend is going well.

  5. Yeahhh... I'm gonna need you to come in on Saturday.... (Office Space in case you don't catch the reference!)

I love how varied your life is. If I were to blog about what I do at work nobody would bother reading it (plus if my boss ever found my blog I'd get fired for what I think of him)

  6. At least it is sunny and you don't have any co-workers interrupting you every five seconds! ;)

  7. Christine - I always say there's never a dull moment at Scratchnut Creek Ranch!

Sagan - You know what they say about idle hands.....

Reb - it was sunny! And had rained just enough to make the dust stick to the windows. Made it very difficult to see. ~~sigh~~

  10. What a big job, and with equipment that keeps coming apart? Uhg.

Love the little glimpse of you in the mirror! Maybe once it's done there'll be another one with a big grin?

Hope with a little help from the Cow Whisperer the float thingy starts working properly and it goes a lot faster.

  11. Crabby - apparently, that was the problem - I was going too fast! Now I have to drive in low gear, which means snails could pass me.... talk about boring!
