All I see from my ...Thanks for the gorgeous photos. All I see from my balcony is the leaves of trees and the Red Mile rooftops.

Interested in a cleaning "tip"...from the professional...Should professional be in quotation marks too?

I use sunlight dish detergent and a microfibre cloth. The sunlight cuts the grease, dirt, grime, etc. and with a clean microfibre to dry them, they come up great. My hubby also bought a lambs wool and squeegee from Home Depot for less than $30. I pay over $100 for a larger commercial size set for our people.

Whatever you do, don't use windex or other commercial window cleaner. It leaves a film.

I buy all the cloths for our cleaning biz in the automotive section of Canadian Tire or Wal-Mart. Dollar store microfibre is okay too. Not great, but okay. Expect to pay about $2 per cloth for good ones.
Don't get me started on Norwex...

For us city dwellers, if you really want to get into it, using a razor blade will ensure the windows stay cleaner longer. Apparently there is no smog for the new dirt to stick to as easily. But only use the razor going one direction and wipe it clean after each stroke or you will drag minute debris under the blade and scratch up your glass.

Or, better yet, give them a swipe and go sit on your deck with a cold beer.
Summer is too short for all this nonsense.Lil Nananoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8329622951839766826.post-82082698790885380262009-06-30T10:18:20.653-06:002009-06-30T10:18:20.653-06:00I love the roses.
